Program Overview
The Law Enforcement–Protective Service Advanced Training Program (LE-PSATP) challenges experienced law-enforcement professionals to demonstrate the judgment, leadership, planning, and operational capability expected at the advanced level of Protective Service.
Building on established foundational training and experience, LE-PSATP places participants in progressively demanding operational environments that require them to plan, lead, communicate, adapt, and exercise sound judgment.
The program culminates in an overnight Field Training Exercise (FTX) that requires participants to apply their knowledge and demonstrate performance in a realistic Protective Service environment.
At the advanced level, knowledge is expected. Performance must be demonstrated.
