COLONEL Cris V. Mandry joined Wynn Solutions Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2017. With more than 40 years of corporate, military, and law enforcement experience combined, Col Mandry oversees ongoing operations and procedures.
COL Mandry is a New Orleans native who is a New Orleans Police Officer, Board Certified Emergency Physician, and Special soldier. He has traveled extensively with various units and agencies over the last twenty-five years in support of America’s interests abroad. COL Mandry has multiple deployments with his current unit, 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group-Airborne, which include multiple deployments to Afghanistan (2003, 2006, 2009) and most recently to the Arabian Peninsula and Iraq.
COL Mandry attended the University of New Orleans and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry in 1979. He then attended the University of New Mexico and received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1983. COL Mandry’s medical residency training has been through the LSU School of Medicine where he completed residencies in Emergency Medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 1986 and Internal Medicine at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge in 1988. He is a Full Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and was the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Earl K. Long Medical Center from 1989 until the hospital closure in 2013. COL Mandry is also the founding Residency Program Director for the LSU Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Baton Rouge.
During Hurricane Katrina, as a police lieutenant with the Special Operations Division of the New Orleans Police Department, he was responsible for rescuing hundreds of stranded victims from rooftops and floodwaters. COL Mandry has been a commissioned member of the New Orleans Police Department since 1974 and has been assigned to the Special Operations Division (SWAT team) since 1989.
COL Mandry has received multiple awards during his dual careers which include multiple Commendations from the New Orleans Police Department as well as numerous military awards including the Combat Action Badge, Combat Medic Badge, Airborne Badge, Scuba Badge, Flight Surgeon Badge, Dive Medical Officer Badge, Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with Two Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster.

Jon P. Poisso
Senior Board Executive
Jon Poisso joined the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) shortly after the 9/11 attacks in 2001. After serving in multiple offices at various levels, he was selected to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Senior Executive Service (SES) as the Supervisory Air Marshal in Charge (SAC) of the Newark, NJ Field Office in charge of all FAMS operations in New Jersey and Delaware. In July 2018, Mr. Poisso retired from federal service after 22 years of federal law enforcement and 12 years of military service.
Following the October 2017 attack at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Mr. Poisso became a member of the MGM Resorts International, Emergency Response Team (ERT) after his retirement from the FAMS. Since then, he has become the Senior Manager for the ERT program, a unique public and private sector collaboration high threat mitigation program.
In the FAMS, Mr. Poisso has served as Assistant Supervisory Air Marshal in Charge (ASAC) of the San Francisco Field Office. He also served as acting SAC of the Cincinnati Field Office in charge of all FAMS operations in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Mr. Poisso also served in FAMS HQ as ASAC of the Domestic Planning Unit in the Systems Operation Control Section. He was responsible for overseeing planning and scheduling of all FAMS domestic missions, while ensuring adherence to FAMS Concept of Operations.
Previously, Mr. Poisso was assigned to the Los Angeles Field Office. He served as Squad, Admin, and Training, Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge (ATSAC). He was also acting ASAC for Administration, Operations, and Training for all FAMS operations throughout California and Hawaii.
Mr. Poisso was also a Federal Air Marshal (FAM) in the Las Vegas Field Office. He served as a FAMS Firearms Instructor for the field office and at the FAMS Training Center. He is a FLETC Distinguished Weapons Expert and the recipient of the FAM vs. FAM Phase II Shooting Award.
Prior to FAMS, Mr. Poisso was a US Border Patrol Agent in Fabens, TX since 1997. He served as a member of the El Paso Sector Evidence Team (SET), Bike Patrol Instructor, EMT-National Registry, Red Cross CPR Instructor, Collapsible Steel Baton Instructor, Oleo Resin (OC) Spray Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Field Intelligence Agent.
Mr. Poisso honorably served in the infantry with the United States Marine Corps and as a commissioned officer in the field artillery with the United States Army.
Mr. Poisso graduated from the DHS SES Capstone Program and TSA Senior Leadership Development Program. He holds an Executive Master of Leadership from the University of Southern California, Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University, and completed the American University Key Executive Leadership Certificate Program.

Cindy Sommer
Senior Board Executive
Cindy Sommer was born & raised in Santa Maria, CA and later moved to Lancaster, CA. She began her career in the security world at the age of 16, graduating from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Explorer Academy, and became a Deputy Sheriff Explorer. Subsequently, for the next six years, she worked in various loss prevention and site security roles before joining the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, at the age of 22, as a Deputy Sheriff.
Cindy served as a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff for 16 years. During her career with the Sheriff’s Department, she became a Certified Weaponless Defense Instructor, worked various assignments in patrol and became an expert in the area of domestic and sex crimes against women and children. She received many commendations for her service, working the Rodney King Riots, logistics, and vehicle maintenance.
While working Patrol, Cindy saw a need in the community, where children and families were not receiving services for addiction treatment and prevention. Cindy proactively gathered prominent members together and co-founded a non-profit organization called Family Resource Foundation, to address this problem. Her effective communication skills led to taking on new roles of lead grant writer and executive director of this non-profit organization. With collaborative partners, such as the LA County Sheriff’s Department, California Highway Patrol, ABC Traffic School, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, Antelope Valley Press and others, this organization, over the next ten years, bridged gaps and was responsible for treatment of over 100,000 individuals and family members, resulting in a significant impact on the community.

After this chapter, Cindy went back into law enforcement, this time as a Reserve Police Officer, quickly advancing to the rank of Lieutenant in charge of Training. In 2004, while working as a Reserve Police Officer, Cindy began her career in Executive Protection. She was selected to work protection assignments with many female celebrities and diplomats in the Los Angeles area. She also served as a Security Driving Team Manager for Bill Gates in Northern California.
Cindy formed Lifeline Investigations in 2007, working Private Investigation, Residential Security and Executive Protection assignments. She landed a full-time contract on Prince Bandar’s Team, working with his daughter in Chicago and traveling throughout the world. Cindy was the first contracted security selected to protect the wife of the King of Saudi, and has many other top-tier clients throughout the world from Saudi, UAE and Bahrain.
Cindy is currently the CEO of Lifeline Investigations, which carries Private Investigations and Security Licenses in California, Kentucky and Florida. Lifeline Investigations focuses on Executive and Diplomatic Protection of Royal and high net worth clients and private investigations. Cindy and her team are also involved in Disaster Security Response - rendering services during Hurricane Katrina, Harvey, and most recently with Hurricane Irma.

Christopher E. West
Senior Board Executive
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, and a 1989 Distinguished Military Graduate of The University of Memphis Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program, Christopher Eugene West was commissioned as a Regular Army Officer in the Field Artillery Corps, initially serving as a Fire Direction Officer with 8th Battalion, 8th Field Artillery Regiment in the Republic of Korea.
Later, he assumed the duties of Company Executive Officer with 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Basic Combat Training Brigade at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Upon his release from active duty in 1993, he joined the Army Reserve and served as Battalion Intelligence Officer and then as Company Commander with 467th Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Corps) (Wheeled) in Memphis, Tennessee. In July 2001 he return to Active Duty and served at Fort Knox, Kentucky with the United States Army Recruiting Command as an Advertising and Public Affairs Project Officer. During his tenure there, he performed duties as a Public Affairs Officer in the Republic of Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry). After that tour of duty Christopher served as the Secretary of the General Staff for the 63rd Regional Readiness Command based in Los Alamitos, California. While there he was selected to serve as the Chief of Public Affairs with the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, during the unit’s year long tour of duty in Balad, Iraq. He then served as a strategic communications officer as well as the Chief of Executive Communications/Principal Speechwriter for the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve at the Pentagon in Washington, District of Columbia
After these assignments, Chris was chosen to be the Army Reserve Liaison for the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs also at the Pentagon. There he served as a senior public affairs program manager and special actions officer as well as the public affairs plans and strategy team leader. Christopher’s final military assignment was as the Chief of Public Affairs and Government Relations for the 143D Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) based in Orlando, Florida.
His formal military education includes the Jungle Warfare Training Course, the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, the Armor Officer Advance Course, the Engineer Captains Career Course, the Nuclear Biological and Chemical Officer Defense Course, the Public Affairs Officer Qualification Course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, the Army Force Management Action Officer Force Integration Course, the United States Naval War College, the United States Marine Corps University’s Command and Staff College, the Defense Information School Instructor Training Course, and the Joint Special Operations University College of Strategic Studies located at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. In addition, Chris is a graduate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency Advanced Public Information Officer Course, the Federal Bureau of Investigation Civic Leadership Institute, and also the 2010 Leadership Alexandria (Virginia) Executive Leadership Program.
Likewise, his civilian education includes an Associate of Science degree, cum laude, in Public Affairs from Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, Tennessee; a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science, cum laude, with departmental honors in English, from The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee; a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri; a Master of Public Management degree from the University of Maryland at College Park where he was a School of Public Policy Executive Fellow and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Geneva School of Business and Economics in Geneva, Switzerland. Christopher also completed the executive leadership and management program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York; served as a political leadership fellow at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia; as a political communications fellow at the Congressional Black Caucus Political Education Institute in Washington, D.C.; and as a senior executive leadership fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A life-long learner, Chris is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Exposition from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia.
