



Program Overview
The Executive Protection Agent Career Training Program (EPACTP) is designed to provide and to prepare security, law enforcement, and military professionals with the knowledge and skills to perform and succeed in a challenging and rewarding career in executive protection services.
The 5-day training program delivers a curriculum that is dynamic and relevant with a focus on developing core skills in executive protection. Students will learn how to apply fundamentals of executive protection, to include: threat assessment and risk analysis, the role of the protection agent, coordination and planning, vehicle security, advance work, balancing security and convenience, soft skills needed for the job, agent-client relations, and protective intelligence techniques.
The students will participate in a series of practical exercises that will allow them to apply the methods and techniques learned in the classroom. Students will learn to work independently and as members of a protective team. The goal of the program is to provide a foundation that the students can build upon with real-world experience. Graduates of the program will also enjoy the benefit of personal and professional development, practical skills, and experience.
The program is offered during a five-day session with classes meeting up to approximately 8-10 hours a day. Students will collectively plan and coordinate a protective security operation. The final evaluation will consist of a written exam and a protective detail exercise conducted in the city of Las Vegas.
